Description

Cyclones manufactured by Zeppelin are used to separate pellets and dust from the fluid used in the pneumatic conveying systems, such as air, nitrogen, CO₂ or other transport gases.

Features

  • Made of aluminum or stainless steel;

  • Provided with a Vortex chamber, including a deflector cone in the product discharge;

  • Flanged nozzle for the outlet of the gas / transport fluid to the atmosphere or central filter;

  • Easy maintenance, as it has no moving parts;

  • It can be designed to meet the individual needs of each project;

  • Designed for flows from 50 m³ / h to 10000 m³/h;

Aplication

After separation, the gas/fluid is expelled to atmosphere or to a clean filter or central vacuum system through the duct located at the top of the cyclone. The retained solid particulate charge is discharged from the bottom.
