Rotary Valve Type HDS
Application
Rotary valves are used for reliable measured discharge of various kinds of solids and powders from silos as well as feeding devices into pneumatic conveying systems.
Application
Rotary valves are capable of dosing dry products of homogeneous granulometry by means of a rotor divided into chambers.
The product from the equipment installed on the rotary valve flows to the bottom through the movement of the rotor, carried out continuously and promoting a regular flow of product.
manufacturing
Zeppelin Rotary Valves can be made of aluminum, with rotors in sizes 200/250/320/400/500 or 630 mm and made of stainless steel.
Drilling of flanges according to ANSI 150# or DIN 2501 PN 10. E for differential pressure limit of 3.5 bar (g).
It has the capacity range:
For powder from 4.0 to 124.5 m3/h and;
For granulate from 4.0 to 172.5 m3/h.

Functions
Dosage: Allows volumetric control of the material to be transported (powder, grains, fine materials, high temperature or abrasive products), in a measured and reliable way.
Sluice: Allows to isolate the entrance of a high pressure system, restricting the passage of air or gas, but releasing the passage of solids in the opposite direction to the pressure gradient.
