One of the largest and most important food companies in the world, with over 150 years of experience in the food industry and owner of some of the best known brands in the world, once again trusted Zeppelin Systems LA in the expansion of one of its factories, this one located in Pouso Alegre – MG.

There was a need to increase its soy juice production capacity. There was great interest in improving the current system with an increase in capacity with the inclusion of another receiving point.

The expansion included the supply of the readjustment of the soy handling system, which today comes from an existing storage silo with the supply of a rotary valve, a diversion valve, a cyclone composed of a rotary and magnetic separator and a central filter for dedusting. All new and existing equipment has been fully integrated under a PLC Control System that it did not have before.

With this investment, greater control over its process, raw material reduction, and reliability were achieved, and the central dedusting system considerably reduced suspended particles, keeping the environment even cleaner.
